Please note that the current Electoral Lists and the Registration Forms are now available with the churches’ secretaries.

When a member name is missing or with changes of address, church or family member detail, you need to complete a Registration Form.

The Registration Form must be handed to the church secretary before Sunday the 14th of September 2008.

The database needs updating not only for elections purpose put also for serving the community and producing statistics for Pastoral, Social and Grants Authorities.

St. Paul’s Mission Service with the blessing of His Grace Bishop Daniel will be holding the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday 1st July, 2008 to discussthe tasks of this service for the homeless over the next 12 months.

The AGM will include discussions with regards to:
The success, achievements and challenges faced by the service over the past 12 months
Appointing new members to the Executive Committee
Marketing the service to a wider range of people to encourage more volunteers to assist on Wednesday nights
A strategy for enhancing the weekly KIMI radio service
Up-coming events over the next 12 months such as the 2008 Christmas Dinner and 2009 Easter Dinner
The current financial position of the service, and;
Food roster for the next 3 months
If you are already part of the St. Paul’s Mission Service for the homeless of Sydney or wish to join this service please attend this meeting and help it grow through the Grace of the Lord.
